Guillaume served as chief of staff and advisor to several prominent political figures before joining a recruitment firm as a consulting director, where he developed talent recruitment for the private sector.
At the end of 2022, he answered the call of entrepreneurship to co-found Exanter and put the combination of his expertise and experiences at the service of business executives and leaders.

A former advisor and chief of staff to prominent national political figures, Jean also served as a chief of staff at CMA CGM before joining a recruitment firm as a consulting director.
At the end of 2022, he co-founded Exanter in order to mobilise all of his expertise in service of his clients.

A former collaborator of the President of Dijon Métropole, Kevin worked alongside a Questor of the National Assembly as a press and communications advisor. He then advanced as a senior consultant in various consulting agencies before contributing to the structuring of public affairs for an industrial startup committed to renewable energy.
In early 2025, he joined Exanter as an associate consultant.
