Guillaume served as chief of staff and advisor to several prominent political figures before joining a recruitment firm as a consulting director, where he developed talent recruitment for the private sector.
At the end of 2022, he answered the call of entrepreneurship to co-found Exanter and put the combination of his expertise and experiences at the service of business executives and leaders.

Personally, I’m particularly motivated by two key aspects: on the one hand, seeing that we contribute to the development of companies and start-ups on a daily basis. On the other hand, being able to ground our work in a spirit of exchange and transmission."
A former advisor and chief of staff to prominent national political figures, Jean also served as a chief of staff at CMA CGM before joining a recruitment firm as a consulting director.
At the end of 2022, he co-founded Exanter in order to mobilise all of his expertise in service of his clients.
